袁正伟,男,1966年11月生,医学博士,博士生导师,国家卫健委小儿先天畸形重点实验室主任,中国医科大学附属盛京医院国家儿童区域医疗中心学术带头人,中华医学会小儿外科分会委员,辽宁省医学会小儿外科分会副主委,辽宁省医学会理事,辽宁省细胞学会干细胞与再生专业委员会副主任委员,辽宁省科技创新领军人才,辽宁省优秀专家,辽宁省高校创新团队负责人。担任中华小儿外科杂志编委,Neuroproteomics副主编,Frontiers in cell and developmental biology副主编,Journal of Integrated OMICS副主编,发育医学杂志副主编。荣获2001年日本武藤医学奖,2002年辽宁省优秀中青年骨干教师,2006年中国医科大学科学研究与技术开发特殊贡献奖励津贴,2007年中国医科大学优秀专家,2007年辽宁省百千万人才工程百人层次,2014年辽宁省高校创新团队带头人,2018年辽宁省优秀专家,2019年辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”科技创新领军人才,2021年被评为二级教授。作为第一负责人先后获得9项国家自然科学基金,2项国家重点专项课题,1项国家重点专项子课题,1项973子课题,获得科研经费总计2000余万元。在国外核心期刊发表论文252篇,其中SCI收录154篇(第一或通讯作者66篇,其中中科院分区1区8篇、2区28篇)。作为第一完成人科研成果获得辽宁省科技进步一等奖1项,中国医院协会医院科技创新三等奖1项;作为第二完成人获得国家科技进步二等奖1项,辽宁省科技进步一等奖1项,教育部科技进步一等奖1项,辽宁省科技进步二等奖1项,三等奖2项。获得发明专利6项,其中专利成果转化1项,转化金额100万元。指导研究生62人,其中博士研究生36人,硕士研究生26人,培养的博士研究生荣获辽宁省优秀学位论文。

科研成果:
1. 获辽宁省科技进步奖多项。编写《小儿排尿功能障碍的诊断与治疗》一书。
2. 从事的课题建立了神经电生理、多导直肠肛管向量测压、X线和同位素动态排便造影等手段系统研究肛门直肠畸形术后排便功能障碍发生的病理机制,提出排便功能障碍的5种病理类型,并在国内外首次创造性地设计有针对性的生物反馈治疗方法,排便功能评分平均增加2分以上,成为有效治疗肛门直肠畸形术后排便功能异常的重要手段。这部分内容后来也成为2007年申报国家科技进步奖二等奖的重要创新点之一。
3. 率领课题团队取得了辉煌的成果:国家科技进步奖二等奖1项,教育部科技进步奖一等奖1项,辽宁省科技进步奖一等奖1项,二等奖1项,三等奖2项。在“十五”期间共获得各种科研基金资助30项,其中包括参加“973”工程项目1项,国家自然科学基金13项,省部级重点课题5项等,总资助经费550余万元。在国内外核心期刊共发表论著130余篇,其中有57篇在国外杂志发表并被SCI收录,参编相关专著5部。研究成果在2001年荣获日本武藤医学奖。

我院成功举办全国小儿外科肛肠疾病专题研讨会
金秋十月,秋高气爽。由中华医学会小儿外科分会主办、我院小儿外科承办的中华小儿外科学会小儿肛肠疾病专题研讨会10月15-17日在古城西安锦苑富润大饭店隆重召开,全国多名小儿外科知名专家出席会议。
本次会议是中华医学会小儿外科分会肛肠组换届以来首次会议。应中华医学会小儿外科分会肛肠组副组长、我院副院长、小儿外科博士生导师高亚教授邀请,中华医学会小儿外科分会肛肠组组长、中国医科大学附属盛京医院王维林教授,肛肠组副组长、解放军总医院刘洲禄教授、湖南省儿童医院周小渔教授及肛肠组成员、重庆医科大学附属儿童医院周德凯教授、首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院陈亚军教授、广州市儿童医院朱德力教授、中国医科大学附属盛京医院袁正伟教授等十二名国内知名小儿外科专家齐聚西安,共谋小儿外科肛肠疾病诊治新发展。我院小儿外科主任徐泉教授、张宪生教授、吴宣林副教授以及小儿外科多名医师参加会议。会议旨在研究讨论小儿巨结肠同源病、小儿便失禁、排便障碍性生物反馈训练、小儿功能性便秘的诊断标准及治疗流程方案。会议由高亚教授主持,他首先代表我院对各位专家在百忙之中来到西安参会表示热烈的欢迎,同时高度评价了本次研讨会对小儿肛肠疾病的重大意义。会议期间,组长王维林教授全面阐述了上述疾病的国内外研究进展情况,并提出了指导性意见。各位与会代表积极发言,分别汇报了各自所做的工作。高亚教授就先天性巨结肠有关内容做了专题报告,会议讨论气氛热烈,达到了会议的预期目的。
会议结束时,各位专家对我院成功举办此次研讨会表示热烈祝贺,并对会议期间会务组热情周到的接待服务表示衷心的感谢,同时也预祝我院未来的发展更加美好。
