营养免疫与功能性食品组参加中国免疫学会第十届全国免疫学学术大会
2015年11月14日至17日,由中国免疫学会(Chinese Society for immunology, CSI)主办的第十届全国免疫学学术大会(2015 CSI congress on immunology)在北京召开。“中国免疫学会全国免疫学学术大会”是中国免疫学会主办的品牌学术会议,已形成风格并具有极大影响力,是目前中国免疫学领域中学术水平最高的学术盛会。大会开幕式在北京会议中心隆重召开,并由中国免疫学会秘书长、中国医学科学院院长曹雪涛院士主持,现场还邀请到美国和德国等科学院以及医学科学院院士、海外著名免疫学家和中国两院院士、各领域顶尖的免疫学者进行大会报告,会议内容涵盖了免疫学基础、临床、应用等各个领域。
版纳植物园营养免疫与功能食品研究组张萍研究员与博士研究生纪开龙应邀参加此次大会。纪开龙博士研究生在11月17日上午的中医中药与免疫调节分会场作了题为“Oral administration of the essential oil of Zanthoxylum myriacanthum var. pubescens attenuates dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis”的报告,并引起了同行的浓厚兴趣。
毛大叶臭花椒(Zanthoxylum myriacanthum var. pubescens)又称麻欠(Maqian)为芸香科花椒属大叶臭花椒(Zanthoxylum myriacanthum)的一个变种,因其叶轴、小叶柄、小叶两面及花序轴均被长柔毛而得名。麻欠果实具有浓烈的柠檬香气,常被当地群众用作食品调味料,此外,据民族医药书籍记载其可用于治疗肿痛以及消化系统疾病。在前期麻欠果实精油具有体外抗炎活性的基础上,我们利用葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导的小鼠结肠炎模型对其体内抗炎活性进行了研究。研究结果阐述了麻欠精油体内抗炎活性及其作用机理,同时确证了麻欠作为傣药运用的科学性。营养免疫与功能性食品组科研人员参加此次会议扩大了中国科学院版纳植物园在傣医药与免疫研究领域的国内国际影响力。
