科研成果:
1. 博士论文阶段参加“ 863 ”计划与国家自然科学基金“复合氧化物纳米材料的制备与性能”研究。制备最小尺寸达到 10nm 以下的复合氧化物铁电纳米材料,对材料的制备工艺、结构、物理化学性能进行研究。
2. 南京理工大学化工学院做博士后研究工作 , 承担“六角晶系铁氧体纳米隐身材料的研究”。开发一种新型纳米复合隐身材料。同时,发明了氧化物( TiO 2 )纳米催化剂,用于高分子材料(双马莱酸)的聚合反应。使聚合反应温度降低,使材料的耐热性明显增强。成果通过江苏省科委的技术鉴定。
3. 清华大学材料系做博士后研究 , 作为骨干主要参加“高性能钛酸钡基 X7R MLCC 材料的研究” “ 863 ”计划的课题。制备出高性能钛酸钡基 X7R MLCC 材料。已获授权专利一项。制备出 X7R402 和 X7R502 两种的片式电容。
4. 美国宾西法尼亚大学 ( 费城 ) 材料科学与工程系做博士后 , 提出无压烧结技术(两段法)成功制备出氧化钇纳米陶瓷,开拓了制备纳米陶瓷材料的全新方法。论文已在英国“ NATURE ”上发表( 2000 年 3 月)。
5. 高性能低温烧结铁氧体 片感材料 及元件:基于纳米粉无压烧结技术实现了 900 ℃ 低温烧结,研制出 细晶高 磁导率 NiCuZn 铁氧体片感材料 (磁导率大于1000 )及甚高频应用的 Z 型平面六角铁氧体材料。制备出大感量( 100 m H )片式电感及片式微型平面变压器。获授权发明专利中国三项,日本一项,美国两项。
6. 新一代高性能低成本多层陶瓷电容器材料与关键技术(“863”重大项目):突破了新一代高性能贱金属内电极多层陶瓷电容器(BME-MLCC)薄层化、微型化关键技术,化学方法制备纳米BaTiO3通过精细调控陶瓷“芯-壳”结构和无压烧结技术,研制出拥有自主知识产权的、性能指标达到国际领先水平的高性能(X7R和Y5V)BME-MLCC瓷料和军用高介温度稳定型MLCC材料。所研制的温度稳定型X7R BME-MLCC系列瓷料具有细晶(200-300nm)、高介(ε³ 3000)等特征(已获授权中国专利: ZL02131431.4 和美国专利US7022635B2);Y5V瓷料具有细晶、高介(ε³ 16000)等特征(中国专利:公开号 CA1461022A和CN 1404081A)。制备出超薄层(3-5微米)BME-MLCC器件,两项成果通过国家教育部技术成果鉴定,达到国际领先水平。并已在风华、国腾公司及715厂实现成果转化,取得显著的社会和经济效益。所研制成功的军用高可靠性X7R(502)MLCC瓷料(ε~5000)(授权专利ZL98124799.7)已在军工片式陶瓷电容器专业厂家成都715厂成功转化,制备出大容量军用片式电容器。
7. 信息功能纳米 / 亚微米 晶 陶瓷的尺寸效应及控制原理(“ 973 ” 项目):无压烧结制备出纳米 / 亚微米 晶 功能陶瓷,研究了铁电、铁氧体等纳米 / 亚微米 晶 陶瓷烧结机理和无晶粒生长的动力学临界区域。系统研究了纳米 / 亚微米晶 BaTiO 3 、 NiCuZn 铁氧体、BiSCO3-PbTiO3等压电陶瓷尺寸效应与结构和性能的变化规律。首次无压烧结制备出 99.6% 的 8nm BaTiO 3 陶瓷,并实验证明晶粒尺寸小到 8nm 依然保持铁电性。
8. 通过电化学方法成功地在金属钛基底上成功制备出氧化钛纳米管阵列薄膜,纳米管阵列面积大、均匀排列、管(孔)径 10-100nm 、长度达到 22μm 。通过控制不同的退火温度,得到 不 同晶型的氧化钛单晶纳米管。这种单晶纳米管阵列薄膜具有优异的光催化性能和超亲水性。并以TiO2为模板制备出单晶BaTiO3,PbTiO3等复合氧化物纳米管。这些阵列结构独特,具有很大的表面积,在催化、光电子、生物及太阳能电池等许多领域具有很多潜在的应用前景。

10月14日至15日,系党委书记潘伟教授和系副主任林元华教授带领15名师生,代表清华大学参加了在韩国首尔国立大学举办的第六届中日韩清华大学-东京大学-首尔国立大学三校学生学术论坛。本次会议的主题为先进功能材料。大会上,潘伟教授代表清华大学致辞,王晓慧教授做了大会邀请报告。会议期间,三校学生就材料领域的相关研究进行了大量发言和讨论。会议结束后,韩方还组织了三校学生参观了首尔国立大学、韩国中央博物馆、朝韩军事分界线,通过本次交流和参观,大家对韩国的科技、历史和文化有了新的认识和了解。
