李亚红,女,1968年6月生,理学博士,教授、博士生导师,现任苏州大学化学学院教授。
教育及工作经历:
1993年获西北大学化学系理学硕士学位,并留校任教。
1996-1999年在兰州大学高世扬院士的指导下攻读博士学位。
2000.6 -2001.6到英国牛津大学做博士后研究。在无机化学研究所Philip Mountford教授的研究室从事类卟啉金属有机化合物的合成以及此类化合物对抗癌性天然产物合成反应催化作用的研究。
2001.6-2004.4在美国密西根州立大学Aaron Odom 教授的实验室做博士后研究。
2004.4 -2004.9在英国曼彻斯特大学做博士后研究。
2004年9月到苏州大学化学化工学院工作。

科研成果:
已在J.Am.Chem.Soc.,Inorg.Chem.,Organometallics,Org.Lett., CrystEngComm等国际知名期刊上发表论文150多篇,其中,多篇论文被选为封面论文。 2011年获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(自然科学)二等奖。她本人也入选江苏省青蓝工程、“333工程”和六大人才高峰等人才计划。
合成了7个含有Ti=N-NR1R2键的化合物,这类化合物的晶体结构从未见文献报道。其首次合成,给剑桥晶体数据库中增加了含Ti=N-NR1R2键的化合物的晶体结构数据。同时,她证明了炔烃的氢肼化反应的机理是通过先形成Ti=N-NR1R2,然后再进行2+2环加成的机理,结束了10多年来对氢肼化反应机理的讨论。
研究成果发展了一种以金属离子为模板,只用一种或两种反应起始物,一步合成含有羰基、仲碳、叔碳和季碳的含氮杂环的新方法。这些杂环是具有生物活性的天然产物的重要片段。此合成反应有较宽的底物适应范围,使含多种杂原子的大环分子的合成变得简单、高效、可控,提供了一种新的合成C-C键的方法,发展了一种以芳基甲醚为底物的胺化反应。在此反应中,以胺为导向基团,以Ti(NR2)4为反应媒介和反应原料,可以在室温下合成芳香胺。该反应对芳基甲醚有广泛的官能团普适性。除Ti(NMe2)4外,Ti(NE2)4和Ti(HNPh)4也可以作为氮源来实施芳基甲醚的胺化反应。
