祁小乐——中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所副研究员

祁小乐，男，1980年生，博士，硕士研究生导师，全国青年岗位能手。中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所/兽医生物技术国家重点实验室副研究员。

教育及工作经历：

2001年，获河南农业大学学士学位。

2007年，获中国农业科学院博士学位。

2011年，黑龙江农业科学院/东北林业大学博士后出站。

2012年，法国国家食品环境及劳动卫生署Ploufragan-Plouzane兽医研究所高级访问学者。

农业部高级专业技术人员理论业务培训班结业。

2007年至今在中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所/兽医生物技术国家重点实验室从事科研工作，农业部禽免疫抑制病研究创新团队和世界动物卫生组织（OIE）Twinnng协作实验室优秀青年骨干。

研究方向：

兽医微生物及其分子生物学

承担科研项目情况：

主持或参加国家973、863、自然基金等国家科研项目5项，主持国际合作项目2项，主持或参加国家产业体系、国家部委、省级等项目11项、厅局级计划项目3项，横向合作课题7项。

主持国家自然科学基金、中法蔡元培交流合作项目、中国博士后科学基金等多项课题，参加973、成果转化、科技支撑等多项研究。建立了鸡传染性法氏囊病等禽免疫抑制病的新型反向遗传研究平台，阐明了相关病原细胞嗜性、毒力等重要分子基础及机制。目前主要研究领域是传染性法氏囊病等禽免疫抑制病的致病和免疫机制、病原与宿主相互作用、新型疫苗以及分子流行病学等。

科研成果：

获得国家发明专利10项；参编（译）专著6部；发表论文百余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者被SCI收录近20篇。

由于成绩突出，荣获多项奖励和荣誉称号：农业部科技奖成果一等奖、农业部优秀创新团队奖、黑龙江省科技进步一等奖、大北农科技奖特等奖、中国畜牧兽医学会奖、中国免疫学会青年学者奖、黑龙江省青年科技奖、黑龙江省优秀青年岗位能手、黑龙江省畜牧兽医行业杰出青年科技工作者、黑龙江省省直机关十佳杰出青年岗位能手。
