童六牛——安徽工业大学材料学与工程学院教授

童六牛，男，1963年出生，博士。现任安徽工业大学材料学与工程学院材料物理系主任，教授，硕士生导师。

教育及工作经历：

1985年毕业于北京科技大学物理系。

1995年毕业于东南大学物理系并获硕士学位。

1998年毕业于南京大学磁学专业，获理学博士学位。

2001年7月－2004年7月在德国德累斯顿固体与材料研究所（IFW Dresden）任客座研究员。

2004年1月－2004年7月在德国于利希研究中心（IFF Yuelich）做高级访问学者。

2005年7月－9月和2007年3月－8月赴韩国昌源大学做客访教授。

2004.7～现在：安徽工业大学材料学院

研究领域：

磁性薄膜材料，磁电子器件，磁性材料。

研究方向：

主要从事磁性多层膜、磁性隧道结、稀磁半导体、以及高性能软磁铁氧体、钕铁硼永磁体的研究工作。

承担科研项目情况：

先后主持和参加了国家及省部级自然科学研究项目6项。

1.国家自然基金No.51201002：“导电聚合物碳包裹板状磁性纳米胶囊制备及微波吸波性能研究”，2013.01-2015.12,第一参加者。

2.安徽省教育厅自然科学重点研究项目：高居里温度铁磁性半导体薄膜的制备与自旋输运”， 批准号：KJ2011A052，2011年1月至2013年12月，项目主持人。

3..教育部国留学回国人员科研启动基金：“非晶态电极磁性隧道结的自旋极化输运机制”，2008年1月至2009年12月，项目主持人。

4.安徽省教委自然科学研究项目（批准号: 99j10174）：“磁性颗粒膜的磁相互作用与其相关效应的研究”，1999年7月至2001年9月，项目主持人。

5.安徽省教育厅重点项目，批准号：2005kj037ZD：“Heusler合金与磁隧道结的结构及磁性”，项目主持。2008年通过安徽省教育厅科学技术。成果鉴定（皖教科签字[2008]第48号），成果达到国际先进水平。

6.安徽省教育厅和人事厅资助项目：“安徽省高校学科拔尖人才”，资助期限：2006年至2010年。

7.冶金工业部课题：“磁性多层膜的层间耦合与磁电阻效应的研究”，1998年1月至1999年12月，项目主持人。

8.安徽省科技厅重点项目：“微电机用低温度系数烧结钕铁硼永磁材料的研制”，“起止年月：2007年1月至2008年12月，子课题负责人。

9.马鞍山市科技计划项目：“高性能烧结钕铁硼永磁体的研制”，子课题负责人， 证书编号：06462-04，子课题负责人，2007年通过省科技厅鉴定，达到国际先进水平。

10.项目名称：“磁性多层膜的层间耦合与磁电阻效应的研究”，获安徽省高校科学技术进步三等奖，获奖号：K2000-3-19-1，第一获奖者，2000年10月。

 科研成果：

主要从事磁性多层膜、磁性隧道结、稀磁半导体、以及高性能稀土磁性材料的研究工作。在国际重要期刊，如美国的《物理评论B》，《应用物理》等专业期刊上发表SCI收入论文30余篇。曾获中国分析学会科技一等奖，安徽省高等学校科学技术进步三等奖，安徽省第三届自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖。2005年入选安徽省高校学科拔尖人才。
