谭平恒,博士,研究员,博士生导师。谭平恒博士1996年毕业于北京大学物理系,2001年在中科院半导体研究所获得博士学位,之后在德国慕尼黑技术大学肖特基研究所做博士后研究。2003年3月他回国到中国科学院半导体研究所工作。2006-2007年获英国皇家学会KC Wong Royal Society Fellow资助访问英国剑桥大学工程系。谭平恒博士于2002年获中科院院长奖学金特别奖,2003年获第五届全国百篇优秀博士学位论文,2005年入选北京市科技新星计划, 2007年获得第四届徐叙瑢发光学优秀青年论文一等奖,2008年年获卢嘉锡青年人才奖,2011年入选中科院青年创新促进会会员,2012年度获国家杰出青年科学基金,2015年获黄昆固体物理与半导体物理研究奖,并入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才,2016年获中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员,2017年入选第三批国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,并获得首届Dayawati Rastogi Award。2018年至今入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家,2020年至今入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者。
一直从事半导体物理与半导体器件物理方面的研究,他和他的合作者取得了以下代表性成果:(1)提出了莫尔声子概念,被学术界接受;观察到了范德华异质结中跨维度电声子耦合作用,建立理论模型对其进行了解释。(2)系统研究了单层和多层石墨烯的晶格振动光谱,首先观察到多层石墨烯的层间耦合振动模,被誉为层状材料低频声子模研究的先驱性工作,系统地研究了多种范德华异质结的界面耦合机制及其对物理性质的影响。(3)系统研究了碳纳米管及其相关材料的色散性拉曼振动模,为双共振拉曼散射理论的建立提供了数项重要实验基础。(4)全面总结拉曼光谱表征Ge/Si量子点体系的应力模型,被广泛采用;实验发现福斯特激子相互作用为半导体纳米管束内激子能量传递的主要机制,实验观测到GaNAs合金E+能级的光致发光谱并提出E+能级新模型。(5)开发了基于单光栅光谱仪的超低波数拉曼光谱测试技术,相关科研成果被仪器厂商产品宣传资料多次采用。研发获自主知识产权保护的SmartRaman显微共焦拉曼荧光光谱测量模块,入选《中国科学院自主研制科学仪器》产品名录,已在全国各大学和科研院所销售数十台套。
至今已在国内外物理期刊发表论文200余篇,部分论文发表于Nat. Mater.、Chem. Soc. Rev.、Nat. Commun.、Phys. Rev. Lett.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、ACS Nano、Adv. Mater.和Nano Lett.。所发表论文被SCI引用1万4千余次,SCI引用大于100次的论文30余篇。多篇学术论文被国内外学术专著和综述性文章多次引用。编辑出版一本英文著作《Raman spectroscopy of two-dimensional materials》,撰写出版一本中文专著《石墨烯基材料的拉曼光谱学研究》,翻译出版《碳材料的拉曼光谱-从碳纳米管到金刚石》和《石墨烯相关体系的拉曼光谱学》,并为三本英文专辑或专著发表英文章节。在国内外学术会议上做大会报告和邀请邀请报告100余次。参与起草多项国家标准,牵头起草国家标准《纳米技术石墨烯相关二维材料的层数测量 拉曼光谱法》已获正式发布,并将于2021年12月1日起实施。申请国家发明专利20余项并获得授权,部分专利已实现转化。
